Every eligible voter should have a fair and equal opportunity to register to vote and to cast their ballot. Millions of Americans miss the opportunity to vote because they don’t know how to register, or they miss their state’s deadline to register. Due to the lack of guidance, SAAVA will be hosting its Voter Registration Drive & Census 2020 to educate American citizens.
SAAVA emphasizes to register and empower voters, provide voters with election information through voter drives, guidelines, emails, social media and network. South Asian American Voters Association will continually empower the South Asian American community through advocacy. We believe in the power of South Asian American voters to promote the establishment of a true democracy in practice.
